In a lop-sided win the Dyersville Jurassics ripped the reeling Chicago Colts
by a 10 to 4 count.
Ben Francisco was a source of great heartache for the Chicago faithful all
day. He just kept pounding out hits! He lost the ball over the fence for
three runs (his 4th of the season) in the 2nd inning, doubled clearing the
bases in the 3rd inning and stroked a single in the 5th inning. Dyersville
finished with 13 hits in the victory.
Scott Olsen(2-4) went 7 and 1/3 innings allowing 3 runs for the victory.
Braden Looper(4-1) absorbed the loss. He was knocked around, surrendering 8
runs in 2 and 1/3 innings.
Francisco was jubilant after the game 'Let me see a box-score' he joked, 'I
want to see how that game looks on paper.'
